Public Course/Workshop Terms & Conditions

Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Public Courses and Workshops provided by Intercog Ltd.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are 5 working days from the invoice date or the invoice date itself if that date is within 5 working days of the course/workshop start date.

Payment needs to have been received to allow attendance of the course/workshop.

Receipt of payment confirms your place on the course/workshop and in paying for that place you are implicitly accepting and agreeing to Intercog Ltd’s Public Course/Workshop Terms & Conditions, i.e. the information contained on this page.

Until payment has been received, your place on the course/workshop is still provisional and is not confirmed.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your place on the course/workshop, this needs to be done prior to the start date of the course/workshop via an email to mike@intercog.co.uk.

If you have already paid for your place, then a full refund will be given.

Non-attendance

If you have a confirmed place on the course/workshop but you do not attend, no refund will be issued, unless you have previously cancelled your place via email (as above).

However, mitigating circumstances will be considered in some circumstances regarding non-attendance and a refund may then be issued.

Refunds will not be issued for partial attendance.

Replacement Attendees

If you are unable to attend the course/workshop but wish to send someone else in your place, notification of this needs to be done prior to the start date of the course/workshop via an email to mike@intercog.co.uk.
